Breaking Chains Academy of Development implemented the Canyon County Youth Empowerment Project in 2016; growing our reach and enhancing our services each passing year.
Studies show youth who earn a GED/HSE reduce their likelihood of future incarceration by approximately 40-60%. Breaking Chains Academy is strategically designed to equip at-risk youth ages 16-18 with essential tools and resources needed to deter from criminal and gang activity, including their education, fostering a successful transition into adulthood.
